Brick Lane for curry, drinks and dancing



Relax and have a god time after handing in your essay- while your teacher is stuck at home reading it! Meet outside Aldgate East station at 5.30pm. Brick Lane is full of cheap and delicious places to eat, great music to dance to, and many bars to drink in. If you come and see Alex at 1.30pm in the open area, he will give you a map of the area- there will also be one on the noticeboard.

The London Short Film Festival


If you want to go along with other students, there are two free showings today you might enjoy. The first is at the tenderpixel art gallery, Cecil Court, near Leicester Square. Meet in the open area at 1.30pm, and Alex will give you a map. The second is in the evening at the National Portrait gallery, at 7pm. meet other students at the St martin's Place entrance to the gallery at 6.45pm.

It's cold and it's winter- come and visit London's delicious food market and cheer yourselves up! Food from all over Britain and beyond, lots of things to taste, and a great atmosphere. Meet in the open area at 1.30pm

A warm welcome to all new students, and a warm welcome back to all continuing students. To get out of the cold January, we'll go for a drink in a cosy pub in Holloway. meet in the open area at 3.30 pm (for new students, this'll be just after your computer introduction)
